What the document contains
MAI sets out the conditions for copying documents on paper in compliance with Satu Mare Tribunal’s Judgment No. 108/CA/2019, which became final through Decision No. 655/CA/2019-R. It makes release of the copies conditional on proof of payment and specifies the rate of 0.5 lei per A4 page and the payment methods. Protocols classified as State secrets or official secrets are listed separately as exempt from disclosure.
