In its response to FEW, Filantropia Hospital states that it did not use the electronic identity card (CEI) to validate healthcare services between 12 February and 11 August 2026.

What the document contains
The local tax directorates in Sectors 3, 4 and 6 report using the CEI to verify domicile, without separate statistics on these uses. In social assistance, DGASPC Sector 3 checks domicile directly from the CEI, without separate proof, while DGASPC Sector 1 reports that online nursery applications submitted without a certificate of domicile in March, July and August 2026 were invalidated.
