What the document contains
The 17 institutions that responded include the health insurance house, a hospital, mayor’s offices, the prefecture and the water operator. The Mayor’s Office of the Town of Pătârlagele reports one working CEI reader, with the last successful reading on 02.09.2026. Buzău Water Company verifies domicile or the point of consumption on the basis of documents concerning ownership or use of the property, without requesting separate certificates of domicile.
