What the document contains
At regional level, the Cluj-Napoca Regional General Directorate of Public Finance states that taxpayers’ data are updated through information exchange with the population records authority, without CEI readers being installed. Cluj Health Insurance House states that its contracted providers did not validate healthcare services using the CEI in the period 12 February – 11 August 2026.
