What the document contains
The case file brings together responses from 30 institutions, including hospitals, the prefecture, the health insurance house and county agencies, concerning readers, verification of domicile and validation of healthcare services using the CEI. The Prefect’s Office – Harghita County reports 10,207 transactions for applicants identified using the CEI. Gheorgheni Municipal Hospital states that it does not use its three compatible readers because, in most cases, patients do not know their PIN codes.
