In its response to FEW, Ilfov Health Insurance House states that its contracted providers did not validate healthcare services using the electronic identity card (CEI) between 12 February and 11 August 2026.

Ilfov Office for Cadastre and Land Registration states that it has working readers, without separate usage statistics, while the local tax service in Măgurele requires a certificate of domicile because it has no readers. The regional response from ANAF București states that the directorate and its subordinate units have no CEI readers, and that taxpayers’ data are updated through information exchange with the population records service.
