What the document contains
FEW asks Bihor Tribunal for copies of protocols from the period 01.01.1990–26.10.2018, including those concluded with Bihor County Police Inspectorate, Oradea Court of Appeal and the prosecutor’s offices named. It requests redaction of personal data and electronic transmission; where this is not technically possible, it accepts copying and delivery for a charge within the statutory limits, on the basis of an invoice or equivalent document.
