Protocol disclosed to the Foundation by PCA Craiova in letter No. 37/IP/2018 of 25 February 2019, in compliance with Judgment No. 849/CA of 21 December 2018 of Satu Mare Tribunal in case 1885/83/2018, which became final by Decision No. 449/CA/2019-R of 22 May 2019. The court hearing the appeal on points of law expressly records compliance.
