Access to information on the processing of electronic petitions

The Foundation challenged the National Environmental Guard’s refusal to disclose information on the receipt and processing of electronic petitions. In Decision No. 570/CA/2026-R of 12 October 2026, Oradea Court of Appeal allowed FEW’s appeal on points of law, quashed the judgment in its entirety and allowed the action in part, ordering GNM to disclose the information under points 1, 2.2, 5 and 7 of the request. The decision is final.
