What the document contains
The case file presents responses from 32 institutions, including hospitals, mayor’s offices, tax services, county agencies and military units, concerning CEI readers, domicile and validation of healthcare services. The Mayor’s Office of the Town of Victoria confirms that it requests certificates of domicile for tax transactions. The ‘Regele Mihai I’ Brașov County Military Centre accepts domicile data exported from ministerial applications but refuses the requested statistics and documents, invoking the exemption for defence-related information.
