The responses describe readers and checks using the mobile application, without always distinguishing CEI use from other interactions in the statistics.

What the document contains
The responses concerning the CEI come from 27 institutions, including mayor’s offices, hospitals, tax services, the county library and agencies. Urziceni Local Taxes, Duties and Other Revenue Service has eight readers installed but does not count domicile checks separately. At the Mayor’s Office of the Town of Amara, the two operational readers have not been used; holders have presented proof of domicile on their own initiative.

Responses received by FEW Foundation in 2026 to requests for information of public interest, compiled by FEW in an anonymised copy.
