What the document contains

The responses from 22 institutions, including hospitals, the health insurance house, the prefecture and county directorates, concern readers, verification of domicile and validation of healthcare services using the CEI. At the time of its response, the ‘Sfântul Pantelimon’ County Emergency Hospital in Focșani was using readers to display the domicile address when registering newborns, but was not validating services using the CEI. Vrancea County Community Public Population Records Service issues certificates of domicile to all CEI applicants.
