Harghita County Pension House states that it has no CEI readers and describes alternative ways of verifying domicile, without separate statistics for CEI holders.

CAS Satu Mare response on the use of the CEI in health insurance
CAS Satu Mare reported zero healthcare services validated using the CEI for the period 12 February–11 August 2026 and described the state of preparations for integration into PIAS.

CAS Bihor response on CEI readers and the handling of the administrative complaint
CAS Bihor states that it has seven CEI readers at a single office, but does not keep separate statistics on readings, and distinguishes this administrative use from the validation of healthcare services in PIAS.
