Satu Mare Tribunal calculates the 30-day time limit for compliance from the date on which the judgment became final, not from the date of service. It imposes a daily fine on the President of ANAF of 20% of the national gross minimum wage, from 11 October 2018 until the obligation is fulfilled. The operative part provides for an appeal on points of law within five days of service; the appeal must be filed with Satu Mare Tribunal.
