What the document contains
FEW asks PÎCCJ for copies of protocols from the period 01.01.1990–26.10.2018, including those concluded with courts, prosecutor’s offices, SRI and DGIPI. It invokes access to extrajudicial administrative documents concerning judicial procedures. It requests redaction of personal data, electronic transmission and, where this is not technically possible, dispatch to its registered office, undertaking to pay copying and delivery costs within the statutory limits.
